As a term-time commitment, the programme is designed to ensure meaningful personal development with a balanced engagement. Participants should expect an average commitment of 5 hours weekly, with additional optional opportunities to further enrich their learning.

In addition to the skills and experiences gained, all participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a VC Fundamentals Certificate and career mentorship session. Moreover, top graduates with high potential may receive additional opportunities such as internship placements, VC office visitations, networking access and more.

Successful graduates will be offered the opportunity to continue on with Tenir as Associates. Associates support Tenir’s work by being actively involved in the deal sourcing process and by supporting portfolio companies through internal placements.
